Over more than three decades in responsible management positions, I have gained first-hand experience of companies, markets and a wide range of business situations. This has taught me that not every challenge requires additional operational leadership.
Sometimes, an independent perspective is what matters most: recognising connections, bringing experience to the table, challenging different options and looking at decisions from another point of view.

I have experienced markets, business models and growth opportunities from different perspectives – as a Managing Director as well as through responsibility for sales, exports and international business development. This experience shapes the way I assess opportunities, risks and sustainable decisions.
SALES & INTERNATIONALISATION
International markets have shaped a significant part of my professional career. Different cultures, distribution channels and market conditions have shown me that successful internationalisation means far more than simply exporting a product.
ORGANISATION & PROCESSES
Structures that have evolved over time are not automatically bad structures. For me, what matters is understanding why they developed, where they still work today and where change has become necessary.
MANAGEMENT SPARRING
Responsibility at the top of a company can mean having to make decisions for which there is no simple answer. An independent exchange at eye level can help structure thoughts, challenge assumptions and open up new perspectives.
SPECIAL SITUATIONS
Growth, change, internationalisation, restructuring or periods of transition present companies with very different challenges. I have experienced many of these situations myself in positions of responsibility. Today, that experience forms an essential part of the perspective I bring.
